Transportation Waiver

Any student wishing to travel to or from a game and not on the bus needs to make sure they have the waiver form filled out 48 hours in advance. If you do not have the form in within that time frame you may not be allowed to travel to the contest on your own. Please check the school calendar as well as the softball schedule to see if you have any conflicts. Please address them as soon as they come up and not at the last minute. The waiver form can be found in the forms section on the NHS Athletics website.
