Softball falls to Berlin

 Berlin 13, Newington 5: The Redcoats scored 10 runs in the first three innings and cruised to a win over the Indians. Vanessa Reimer had a huge day as she went 3-5 with two home runs, four RBI, three runs scored and two stolen bases. Rachel Thureson of Newington hit a double and a triple.
